Joey McGuire and Red Raider Football landed a former 3-star ATH from Mansfield, TX. Tilmon went to Oregon out of HS and played both TE and DE. With Texas Tech, he will focus just on DE/ EDGE. In his time with the Ducks he recorded 5 tackles and he has 3 years of eligibility remaining.
