After eight days on strike and more than 500 days in negotiations, the union representing faculty at the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) reached a tentative labor agreement with the university. The email to KGW came around 1 a.m. Tuesday.
“We have a contract,” wrote vice president for institutional advancement Ken Fincher.
