Tonight is Blackout Night at Danny Miles Court. This is the 7th annual Blackout for Hunger. Oregon Tech fans are encouraged to dress in black and to bring a non-perishable food donation for the Klamath-Lake Counties Food Bank.
Fans who donate three non-perishable items or make a $5 donation to the food bank will receive a fee Blackout T-Shirt while supplies last.
Not only is this Blackout Night, but tonight’s game has home playoff implications. Heading into tonight’s game, the Hustlin’ Owls are ranked fourth in the Cascade Conference.
This will be the 57th meeting between Northwest Christian and Oregon Tech. The Owls lead the series 43-13. The two teams split the regular season last year. The beacons beat OIT earlier this year in overtime 123-121 in Eugene.
